How is hoooz different from Canva or Figma?
hoooz.io is built specifically for brand governance at scale. Canva lets teams override brand rules too easily. Figma is a design tool, not a production tool for non-designers. hoooz.io locks templates at the pixel level so local teams can edit without breaking the brand.
Does hoooz work with my existing Adobe Creative Cloud workflow?
Yes. Your designers stay in Photoshop. hoooz.io has a native Adobe CC plugin that syncs your PSD layers directly. No export, no re-upload, no new workflow to learn.
What happens if our PSD master has complex smart objects or nested layers?
hoooz.io reads every layer, including nested smart objects and grouped layers. Complex PSDs are parsed the same way simple ones are. If a layer structure is ambiguous, the admin can manually assign lock rules before deployment.
Is hoooz SOC 2 and GDPR compliant?
We are working toward SOC 2 Type I certification, targeted for Q3 2026. hoooz.io is GDPR compliant with EU data residency (Frankfurt and Dublin). A Data Processing Agreement is signed before any deployment.
Can local teams edit templates without installing Photoshop?
Yes. Local teams edit templates in any browser. No Photoshop, no plugin, no download. They see only the editable fields, within the rules you set.
How long does it take to onboard our first brand?
Most brands are onboarded within one week. You upload a PSD, set the rules, and share the first locked template on day one. Full rollout across markets depends on the number of templates and lock rules.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your templates and data remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our GDPR obligations.
Do you support multi-brand organisations?
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports unlimited brands, each with their own template library, lock rules, user groups, and analytics dashboard.
Can I lock specific fonts and colour values, not just ranges?
Yes. You can lock specific hex values, not just color families. Same for fonts: you choose the exact typeface and weight. If a local team tries to change it, the system blocks the edit.
Do you integrate with Bynder, Frontify, or Aprimo?
Enterprise plan includes API access to connect with Bynder, Frontify, Aprimo, and other DAM/BAM platforms. The integration syncs approved assets bidirectionally.
