Data we collect
When you fill in our contact or demo request form, we collect: name, work email, company name, company size, role, and the message you write to us. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.
Purpose
We use this data only to answer your request and, where relevant, to organise a product demo or onboard you to hoooz.io. We never sell or share this data with third parties.
Retention
We keep your data for 12 months after our last contact, then delete it. If you become a customer, we keep it for the duration of the contract plus the legal retention period required by UK law.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@hoooz.io.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no marketing analytics tools. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible or Fathom) which does not track individuals.
