Built for brand governance at scale.

hoooz.io exists because no current tool made the job possible. We are building the platform we wished we had, in the rooms we used to sit in.

Manifesto · April 2026 founder-led · London

We have seen too many broken brands.
This is what we built instead.

We have seen too many broken brands. Logos stretched by accident. Headlines overflowing because someone typed three more words than the designer planned. The wrong photograph attached to the right campaign. Brand books printed, bound, and forgotten.

hoooz.io was born inside a global corporation, from the hands of a Digital Creative Lead who spent years rebuilding what local teams had unknowingly broken. Not because those teams were careless. Because the tools they were given made breaking things easier than protecting them. That is why we built a new kind of platform.

We believe a brand is not a logo and a colour palette. A brand is a system of decisions made once, by people who care, and respected everywhere, by people who have other things to do. The designer should design. The local marketer should ship. Neither should be asked to become the other.

Locking a template is an act of generosity, not a constraint. It protects the designer's intent. It protects the marketer's time. It protects the brand from the thousand small erosions that happen between the master file and the final ad. See how our plans scale with your organization.

We built the tool we wished we had. And we built it to last.

Three acts

How hoooz.io was born

01 / 03

Templates were going out.

A digital creative lead was sending Photoshop masters to forty markets every week. Carefully designed. Locked guidelines attached.

02 / 03

Templates were coming back broken.

Logos stretched. Headlines overflowing. The wrong photo on the right campaign. Twelve hours of QA every week, and still some made it through.

03 / 03

So we built the lock.

Not a new design tool. Not another DAM. A layer that sits between the master file and the local team, and refuses to let anything break.

What we believe

What we believe, exactly.

01 / 04

A brand is a system, not a PDF.

Guidelines that nobody enforces are guidelines that nobody respects. Systems are enforced by tools, not by hope.

02 / 04

Locking is generosity.

We do not constrain creativity. We protect the designer's intent and the marketer's time, at the same time.

03 / 04

The designer designs. The marketer ships.

Neither should become the other. Tools should make that division clean, not blurry.

04 / 04

Production at scale is its own discipline.

It is not a smaller version of design. It deserves a tool built for it, not a creative tool with a corporate skin.

Before hoooz.io, I led digital creative for a global corporate brand. I shipped guidelines to forty-plus markets and watched them break every week. I built the tool I wished I had. — Alex Hartmann, founder.
